Vimala Convent School was established on !st July 1980 at Sanawad, Khargone Dt. M.P. as a Hindi Medium School. It has flourished under the benevolence of the Almighty and now a Higher Secondary School with a history of excellent results. The English Medium section section was added  in 1996 on the request of parents.

The School is run by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Saint-Marc and is a co-ed School.
